Be Careful, React Promptly: These Are The Signs That The Body Begins To Die.

If you often have headaches, acne and nail problems, then you will need to go the specialist doctor to consult about the problem.

If this happens to you, try not to ignore your health:

Acne Problems:
This may be lack of zinc. You can put creams to remove them, but why not tackle the problem at the root. Eat as much food rich in zinc, almond, pumpkin seeds, spinach and peanuts.

Headaches:
Headaches may sometimes appear as a result of lack of magnesium, and this can easily be removed if you eat more bananas and cabbage.

Muscle Cramps:
Even muscle cramps may appear as a result of lack of magnesium. Try to rinse in warm water with bitter salt, as the salt contains magnesium and your skin can absorb.

Look Weakened:
Deep seeing is a consequence of the long way you live, feed, and negative habits. Industrially processed food, lack of movement and staying in front of the computer, smoking, affect the health of the eyes.

Dry Hair & Dry Hair:
This is a sign that you lack vitamin B7. Eat more drying of bread, cheese and peanuts so that you have healthy nails.

Poor Hair:
If you notice that hair combs are falling very hairy, this is a sign of iron deficiency. Eat as much vegetables with dark green leaves and red meats.

Dandruff:
If you notice that skin is often compressed, you have itching, you have dandruff, it means that you need hydration. Apply moisturizing creams during the day, while the most greasy cream at night.


Stomach Tickles:
This is due to poor digestion of food or even due to certain foods. Exclude food or reduce salt, fast food, carbonated drinks, pasta, rice.

Eat boiled vegetables, fruits, cereals, green beans, eggs, chicken or turkey, yogurt and green tea. Avoid alcohol, coffee and juices.
