Melt The Fat Around The Stomach With Allmond:

The latest research published in the Journal of the American Heart Association shows that only 30 grams of almond per day is enough to reduce the amount of fat created on the front of the stomach.

According to researchers, almond also protects against cardiovascular disease and preserves skin health.

"We were very excited that such an important change was achieved for a while. I believe deserving of this are omega-3 and in addition, almond contains other nutrients like vitamin E, fiber and protein, "says Kler Beriman, leader of the research team.
