Drink Banana Tea For a Deep & Better Sleep:

Sleep is so important to your health in general. Without taking a good break at night, you risk poor health, sickness, depression, high blood pressure, and low chronic energy.
Sleep is when your brain is "charged" and is capable of carrying out your daily activities. But unfortunately for some people, it is difficult to sleep, no matter how tired they may be.
Millions of people around the world suffer from a type of sleep disorder or sleep disorder. But do not worry! With this drink, you can sleep all night and get a relaxation you need for days.
It's about banana tea. All you need is to pick a banana and put it in the water that sucks. Let it boil for 10 minutes.

Using a colander, pour the water into a large glass. Drink a glass before going to bed and you will have a good sleep.
